Great service with friendly staff. I was recommended by a coworker to go here and was not disappointed. The girl on the phone was also very helpful - she recommends going earlier in the week and earlier in the day. I went on Wednesday morning and was done in about 30 min total.

I don't think I have ever left a review for a business before, but I had such a poor experience here I feel like others need to know. The details are way too many to write, but during my oil change the store over tightened the oil filter housing, resulting in a major leak. (1 quart in 10 miles) After one attempt at redoing the oil change, it was found that the over tightening warped the filter housing so it had to be replaced. The store did this at no charge, and it corrected the problem. Unfortunately, somewhere in the process one of the plastic covers in my engine compartment was not put back into place and the oil drain plug washer was not replaced properly. I discovered the now damaged plastic cover bouncing around between the radiator and the serpentine belt, and the car still has a small oil leak from the drain plug. Problems arise in any business. The initial overtightening of the housing was a mistake, and it was inconvenient for me to have to go back 2 times to have it corrected. Continual mistakes with the plastic cover and drain plug are even more frustrating. But the part that is not acceptable is the "its wasn't our fault" attitude by the manager of the store. Every time I went back, instead of listening to the facts and trying to troubleshoot the problem, the manager tried to say that the problem was something else. I am somewhat mechanically inclined and understand a little about cars, which is why I was able to determine the cause of the initial problem and insist that the housing be replaced. However, if someone like my mother for example had run into this situation who knows where it would have ended. The last conversation I had with the manager about the small leak from the drain plug resulted in him telling me that the rear main seal of the engine is leaking, which would be a major repair! As a result of all of this, I would not recommend anyone having their car serviced here. Lots of mistakes and an "its not our fault" attitude can end up costing lots of time and money.
