The $100 million renovation of the former Gold Kist headquarters in Dunwoody appears to be paying off. RocaPoint Partners and The Georgetown Co. have already leased four of the five floors at Campus 244, the adaptive-reuse project replacing an outdated suburban office park. Transportation Insight and Global Insights are set to start building out their spaces after renovations are complete at the end of the year. Those leases were two of the metro area's largest in 2022. Another five to 10 companies, mostly in the technology and finance sectors, are interested in the last floor, a 64,000-square-foot space, said RocaPoint Partners Principal Phil Mays.
